Bonus Program Details
The Retail Bonus Program is designed to allow a representative to participate in the overall sales of the company starting as early as their first month with Nussentials, and every month thereafter as they continue to meet qualifications.
Specifically, to create the ability to make an insurance payment, car payment and / or house payment from the representative's own direct effort. If a representative so chooses to be active in this part of the Nussentials Opportunity, we want each person to be and feel empowered to be able to provide for the basic needs of his or her family via the Retail Program.
To qualify for the retail bonus pool, a representative must have a total of 1500 PCV (personal commissionable value) credited to their postion in one calendar month. This will entitle the representative to an equal share of the pool along with other quaifiers for the month. Each month is separate so that a representative may qualify for one month, every month, or intermittently during the year. For the specific month they qualify they will receive a share in that month's retail bonus pool.
The pool is funded by 2% of the gross product revenue in company wide sales for the same month. The retail bonus is paid on the 15th of the following month.
